Relationships are complicated.

They don’t have to stay that way.

You are not broken. Relationships don’t come with a map, and it’s normal to feel unsure of what to do next. You deserve to heal, grow, and build the life and relationships you’ve always wanted. Therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s been getting in the way, and move forward with clarity and a plan.

Therapy offers a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and understand why certain frustrations and relationship patterns keep showing up. With clarity comes the ability to make more intentional choices and to reconnect with what truly matters to you.

I support clients in healing from past hurt and attachment wounds, learning how to set and maintain boundaries, untangling from co‑dependency, and strengthening self‑worth. Together, we work toward clearer communication, expressing needs without guilt, and building relationships that feel safer, healthier, and more fulfilling.‍ ‍

This work is personal to me. I know how much courage it takes to begin again.

After my own experiences in unhealthy relationships, I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. I came to understand that I was meant for more than just surviving. I found my way back to the people who truly mattered, learned how to ask for help, and grew more comfortable being myself, without apologizing for it. Along the way, I discovered interests that were actually mine (that part really was fun).

Over time, I began to reconnect with my self‑worth, probably for the first time in a long time, and started to feel grounded and strong in my own life. I also found the kind of relationship I had always wanted and once believed might not be possible.

Eventually, I felt something I hadn’t felt as an adult: real peace.

I’d be honored to help you move toward that, too.
